“If you’ve served well, asking for a referral is easier.”
There’s no shame in it—only alignment.
[Lesson 6.3] Referrals aren’t favors—they’re extensions of trust. When you’ve served someone well, you’ve earned the right to ask. The request aligns naturally with the value you’ve already provided. People are far more willing to refer when they feel confident you’ll treat others with the same care. Asking for referrals isn’t about ego—it’s about giving others the chance to help someone they trust succeed.
