Prospect & Flourish for Teams
Why organizations adopt it as a shared framework
Most producer teams do not fail because they lack skill. They fail because every producer is prospecting from a different playbook — one from a book they read, one from a coach they hired, one from the last training their firm sent them to. The teams that hold together over time tend to be the ones speaking the same language about the same disciplines: who a prospect actually is, what a moment of truth looks like, how the network is built, and what a rhythmic week actually looks like in practice.
That is what Prospect & Flourish gives an organization. Not a hire-a-guru engagement. A durable, principle-based system that every producer can absorb at their own pace and then live from, together.
What team deployment includes
The team option starts with the same self-paced online program each individual professional would enroll in — four modules, ten units, thirty-six lessons, video summaries, printed lesson handouts, worksheets, and quizzes. What changes at the team level is how it gets rolled out and supported around that core.
- Group access for every producer on the team, with cost-effective per-seat pricing at scale.
- Optional industry adaptation — adjusting the examples, terminology, and reference scenarios in the curriculum to match the actual work the team does (financial services, insurance, real estate, professional services, B2B, agency).
- Shared vocabulary and frameworks for team meetings, coaching conversations, and internal training — so a manager and a producer are actually referring to the same thing when they talk about a Center of Influence, a Moment of Truth, or a Rhythmic Workweek™.
- Optional group check-ins and cohort structure for organizations that want more accountability than the self-paced default provides — scoped as the organization needs it.
- The hard-copy binder edition available as an add-on for producers who prefer to work from print.
How it adapts to a specific industry
The core principles of prospecting hold across every service-relationship field — human engagement, trust, and consistent follow-through. What varies is how those principles get applied in a given industry. Prospect & Flourish already includes examples drawn from multiple professions, but organizations that want deeper industry-specific alignment can request that layer as part of the deployment. The result is a curriculum that speaks the team's language rather than one that requires every producer to translate the material into their own daily reality.
Additional formats in development
Beyond self-paced and team deployment, two additional formats are in active development: live cohort-based delivery for organizations that want a more structured pace, and a curriculum licensing model for firms and independent trainers who want to teach Prospect & Flourish inside their own organizations. These are not published offerings yet. Interested organizations are invited to flag interest during the initial conversation, and updates will follow as those formats become available.
How to start the conversation
Team deployments are not sold from a shopping cart. They start with a real conversation about the organization, the producers, and what the team is actually trying to accomplish. The most direct way to start is to book a short Zoom meeting on Keith's calendar. A note or a phone call also works.
A short note describing the organization, the number of producers, the industry, and what a good outcome would look like is usually enough to start. Keith responds directly.
