Prospect & Flourish — The Program
What the program does
Most prospecting training hands the professional somebody else's system — a script, a sequence, a formula — and expects them to force themselves into it. It rarely sticks, because it was never built for them in the first place. Prospect & Flourish takes a different posture. The program teaches the timeless principles of human engagement, networking, messaging, and marketing, and then walks the professional through the work of building their own process on top of those principles. The result is something they can own — tailored to their strengths, their industry, and the way they actually work — rather than something they have to keep forcing themselves to do.
The promise is plain: professionals leave the program with a structured, trust-first prospecting rhythm they can actually live with. Not for a season. For the long run.
Who it is for
The program is built for service-relationship sales professionals — financial advisors, insurance agents, real estate professionals, attorneys, consultants, healthcare professionals, fractional executives, B2B sales, and anyone whose business is built on trust and long-horizon relationships rather than transactional volume. Newer professionals gain a foundation in the part of the process most beginners struggle with. More experienced professionals refine their habits and build a process that finally sticks.
It is also available as a deployment for teams, companies, and organizations that want a shared prospecting framework and language across their producers. Read about the team and organization option here.
What the curriculum covers
The material moves in four arcs. Module I (Getting Started) confronts the mindset and discernment work that has to happen before any tactic lands. Module II (Build Momentum) covers networking, benchmarks, and the moments of truth where trust is either earned or lost. Module III (Advanced Strategies) introduces the Know, Like & Trust Funnel™, the Wedge methodology for competitive B2B environments, and the screen-to-face discipline that bridges digital outreach to real relationships. Module IV (Muscle Memory) is the integration work — the Focus Time Block framework, the Rhythmic Workweek™, and the daily rhythm that turns everything built in the first three modules into a habit that can be sustained.

How it works
Everything is online and self-paced. Each lesson includes a short video summary (typically ten to fifteen minutes), a printed lesson handout, and a quiz that unlocks the next lesson upon completion. Worksheets are downloadable. The hard-copy binder edition is available as an optional add-on for anyone who prefers to study from print. The enrollee sets the pace. There is no deadline. Lifetime access is included.

What it costs
Two ways in. A one-time payment of $297, or three monthly payments of $102 each. Both options include full lifetime access to every module, every lesson, every worksheet, and every future update to the curriculum. Both are backed by the Lifetime Guarantee: if the program ever stops delivering value, the enrollee is entitled to a full refund. Thirty days or three years. No hoops.
A couple of questions people ask
"What if I have tried other systems before and they did not stick?"
That is exactly why the program exists. Most programs hand the professional a formula and expect them to force themselves into it. Prospect & Flourish guides them in building a process of their own — one that fits their strengths and their industry. When they build it, it sticks, because it is theirs.
"Isn't this just another sales training program?"
No. Most sales programs touch prospecting in passing and spend the bulk of their time on closing skills and presentations. Prospect & Flourish is dedicated solely to prospecting — the weakest link in the sales chain and the part most training skips. It complements existing sales training rather than replacing it.
