Frequently Asked Questions
About the program
Is Prospect & Flourish just another sales training program?
No. In fact, if a professional already has a good sales training program, Prospect & Flourish complements it rather than competing with it. Most sales programs touch on prospecting or lead generation only in passing — the bulk of the training focuses on closing skills and presentations. That leaves a huge gap: the very front end of the sales process, where most professionals actually struggle. Prospect & Flourish is dedicated solely to prospecting. It does not teach somebody else's canned system; it guides the professional in building a structure of their own, tailored to their strengths and their industry. The result is a process that fuels existing sales training rather than replacing it.
What if I have tried other systems before and they didn't stick?
That is exactly why the program exists. Most programs hand the professional someone else's system and expect them to force themselves into it. It might work for a while, but it rarely lasts, because the system was not designed for the person using it. Prospect & Flourish takes a different posture: it teaches the timeless principles and then walks the professional through building their own process on top of those principles. When someone creates the process themselves, it sticks — because it is theirs.
Will this work if I am new to sales?
Yes. The program is designed to meet the professional where they are. Someone brand new gets a strong foundation in prospecting, which is the part of sales most beginners struggle with. Someone more experienced uses the material to refine their habits and build a process that finally sticks. Either way, the professional walks away with a framework that fits their style and their industry.
What do you mean, "selling is easy"?
The full phrase — Selling is Easy...Prospecting is Difficult! — is deliberately provocative. Selling is not easy in an absolute sense. It takes hard work, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to creating value for clients. But for professionals who practice selling that way, with integrity and substance, selling itself gets easier over time. Prospecting is the part that does not follow the same curve. Prospecting is the weakest link in the sales chain and the part where most training skips right past. That is where Prospect & Flourish concentrates its work.
Format & getting started
Why is the program online?
Earlier editions of Prospect & Flourish were available only as textbooks. Over the years, countless professionals asked for an online version — and for good reason. The online format provides flexibility: learn at your own pace, on your own schedule; revisit lessons anytime for reinforcement; download worksheets and tools that can be put to work immediately. It also means the curriculum can be updated continuously as the field evolves, without waiting for the next print run.
What if I prefer to work from print?
The hard-copy binder edition is available as an optional add-on for $99 at enrollment. The full printed curriculum ships as shrink-wrapped print content along with tab dividers and a large three-ring binder, ready for the professional to assemble. Assembling the binder is a useful way to skim what is in the curriculum before the first lesson, and the loose-leaf format means future updates can be slotted in alongside the original printing without reprinting the whole thing. Full details on the Format & Pricing page.
Do I need special tools or software?
No special software is required. All that is needed is an internet connection to access the online lessons on any modern browser — desktop, tablet, or phone. Worksheets and reference tools are provided as simple downloads that can be printed, saved, or used in whatever way works best.
How much time will this take each week?
Each video lesson runs about ten to fifteen minutes and can be absorbed in focused bursts. The printed lesson handouts go deeper, and reading them takes a bit longer. Like any self-study course, the professional sets the pace. Some move quickly through the material; others spread it out and revisit lessons as they apply them in the field. The key is consistency, not speed — and lifetime access means there is no deadline hanging over anyone's head.
What if I slip back into old habits after finishing?
That is normal, and the program addresses it directly. It is called oscillation — the back-and-forth between old patterns and new ones. It is the same reason most diets fail. The key is recognizing the slip quickly. Prospect & Flourish equips the professional with tools and structures for staying consistent, plus access to a supportive learning community designed to keep enrollees accountable and moving forward. Module IV's daily-rhythm work is specifically built to prevent oscillation from becoming a full reversion.
Team & industry
Can my whole team use this program?
Absolutely. While Prospect & Flourish is designed for individual professionals, it can also be deployed across an entire team or company. Organizations benefit from a shared framework so every producer develops consistent prospecting habits and language. Company-wide solutions make it easy and cost-effective to roll out for groups of producers. Full details on the For Teams page.
I want a program tailored to my industry. Do you offer that?
The core principles of prospecting are the same across every field — human engagement, trust, and consistent follow-through. What changes is how those principles get applied in a specific industry. Prospect & Flourish already includes a wide range of examples and applications drawn from different professions. For organizations looking for something more specialized, the program is also available as an internal, company-wide solution customized for the specific industry. The For Teams page is the starting point for that conversation.
Guarantee & credits
What is the Lifetime Guarantee?
If Prospect & Flourish ever stops delivering value, the enrollee is entitled to a full refund. Thirty days or three years. No hoops, no hidden conditions. The premise behind the guarantee is straightforward: the program was not built to be a leap of faith, and it stands behind its work for as long as the work is in front of someone who is willing to do it.
Can I get CE credit for completing the program?
In some cases, yes. CE availability varies by industry and governing body. For Registered Securities Representatives, Prospect & Flourish qualifies for CE credit under the Firm Element portion of Continuing Education, as monitored by FINRA. Each brokerage firm determines what counts toward its own requirements. Professionals in other fields can contact Keith directly to explore CE options in their specific setting.
Still have a question?
Not every question fits neatly into an FAQ. Direct outreach is welcome and, in most cases, more useful than trying to force a specific situation into a general answer.
