Resources

Eight categories. Ten pillar articles in each. Every framework in the Prospect & Flourish program lands somewhere on this map, and every article was written to stand alone as a working answer to a specific question a service-relationship sales professional actually asks. Whether you came to explore one idea or to work through the whole discipline, this page is the entry point.

Most prospecting content lives in a pile, not on a map. That makes it hard to know what to do next once one good article has been read. The eight categories below are the map. Each category covers one dimension of the larger practice, each one connects to the others in ways that become clearer as the reader moves through them, and every category maps directly to the corresponding stream in Every Day, where shorter daily applications of the same principles publish five times a week.

The categories are ordered as the curriculum orders them — foundational mindset first, then the discernment and tactical work, then the marketing and screen-to-face disciplines, then the daily rhythm that turns everything preceding into a habit.

Mindset & Foundations key image

1. Mindset & Foundations

The mental and conceptual ground beneath every tactic. What prospecting actually is, why it is harder than selling, the internal doubt, the discernment principle, and the shifts that make every downstream skill land harder.

Prospecting Basics key image

2. Prospecting Basics

Networking & Relationships key image

3. Networking & Relationships

The people network around the professional — referrals, introductions, and centers of influence — and how to build it without burning it out. The difference between a referral and an introduction is bigger than most professionals realize.

4. Service & Trust

The serve first, sell second principle that runs through everything else. Moments of truth, the emotional bank account, and why trust cannot be algorithmed no matter how badly the industry wants it to be.

Digital Prospecting key image

7. Digital Prospecting

LinkedIn, email, video, and the digital channels that bridge to the human relationship — without becoming a replacement for it. Screen-to-Face is the operative phrase; the screen is a means, not the destination.
