The Prospect & Flourish Execution Cohorts™
You already know what prospecting requires. The Execution Cohort is ten weeks of guidance, accountability, and peer support in which you build a prospecting structure of your own and begin living by it.

Overcome the Execution Enigma™ and replace random acts with rhythmic growth.
Begin OnboardingOnboarding costs nothing. It begins with a few short questions and a conversation.
Not ready for that? Take the Execution Enigma Self-AssessmentThe trouble is doing it consistently, week after week.
You know your practice depends on a steady flow of qualified prospects. You have probably been well trained, and you have no shortage of ideas or good intentions. Then the week arrives. Client service, administrative demands, casework, and whatever feels most urgent that day move to the front of the line, and prospecting gets pushed to “later” (which has a way of never showing up).
What follows is familiar to most producers: scattered tactics, short bursts of activity, purchased leads, and the hope that referrals will appear on their own. Prospecting becomes reactive, momentum is hard to sustain, and the flow of new opportunities stays unpredictable.
Keith Luscher calls this the Execution Enigma™: the stubborn gap between knowing what to do and consistently doing it. More information rarely closes that gap. Neither does more motivation, or someone else’s system. More often, they add to the noise.

Inconsistent prospecting does more than thin out a pipeline. Over time, it wears on a producer’s confidence. When you repeatedly fail to follow through on what you know you should be doing, you begin to question your discipline, your ability, and sometimes whether you are cut out for this profession at all, even though you know you have real value to offer.
Without a structure that supports execution, the pattern tends to hold:
Left unresolved, the Execution Enigma turns knowledge into frustration, inconsistency into self-doubt, and opportunity into another season of random acts.
Capable, service-minded producers are given extensive product knowledge, more information, higher expectations, and greater pressure. Then they are left to bridge the gap between knowing and doing largely on their own. That is just plain wrong.
Inconsistent execution does not mean you lack commitment or ability. More often, it means you lack a structure that fits. You deserve one that helps you turn what you know into sustained action, without compromising your integrity or the way you serve.
Knowing becomes doing when your structure, not your motivation, carries the work.

Keith Luscher knows what it is like to understand what needs to be done, fully intend to do it, and still struggle to do it consistently. When prospecting keeps getting pushed aside, it is easy to question your discipline or your ability. The problem is not that you need more motivation.
Luscher first developed the foundation of Prospect & Flourish more than twenty years ago with I. David Cohen, a respected veteran of the insurance industry. Originally introduced through Capital University as Prospect or Perish, the program was soon acquired by The American College and adapted for professional education in financial services. Luscher has continued refining and expanding the work since, through multiple editions, books, workshops, consulting, and real-world application.
The Execution Cohort takes that work a step further. It surrounds the curriculum with the structure, accountability, peer support, and continuing guidance producers need to turn what they know into sustained action.
Prospect & Flourish™: From Random Acts to Rhythmic Growth™ is a self-study online course devoted to one subject: prospecting (not sales). Its four modules and ten units take you from identifying the right prospects and earning their trust to building a weekly structure that keeps the work going.
It is the curriculum every cohort participant works through, one unit per week. The course supplies the knowledge. The cohort is where that knowledge gets acted on.
Once You Are In
This is how the ten weeks work after you have been accepted and have taken your place.
Before Week 1
A few short questions, then a conversation. The first question asked is the simplest and the hardest one: what is the purpose of your job? Questions are answered in both directions, so you know what the cohort is, how you will be treated, and what will and will not be measured.
Each Week
The cohort follows the Prospect & Flourish units in order, one per week. You complete that week’s lessons and quiz before the session and share your quiz score as proof. The session never repeats the unit. It is where the meaning gets drawn out.
Between Sessions
Going through material is acquiring information; learning happens in the doing. Each session closes with you naming one next step of your own choosing, which you take into real prospecting with real people before the next session.
Weeks 5 to 10, and After
You begin your Structural Blueprint in Week 5 and finish it in Week 10, and you put Your Rhythmic Workweek™ into practice for a full week before the cohort ends. You are then introduced to the Prospect & Flourish community, where you stay for as long as you choose.
Learn → Discuss → Commit → Act → Report → Adjust → Repeat
Six plain agreements, so you know where things stand before you decide anything.
From
Capable and often well trained, but inconsistent. Full of ideas and good intentions, yet lacking a structure that turns them into sustained prospecting action.
To
Clear, focused, and consistent. Executing a trust-first prospecting rhythm that fits who you are, builds momentum and, with time, becomes second nature.
By confronting the Execution Enigma, you do more than learn how to prospect. You begin becoming the kind of producer for whom consistent, trust-first prospecting becomes second nature.
Neither one costs anything.
Ready to Talk
It begins with a few short questions, so both sides can tell early whether the cohort is likely to be a fit, followed by a conversation to make sure. If you are accepted, you can then choose to take your place.
Begin OnboardingNot Ready Yet
A few short, honest questions show where the gap between knowing and doing is showing up in your prospecting, what may be keeping you stuck, and where more structure could help.
Take the Self-AssessmentExecution Cohort I is planned for the first quarter of 2027. Each cohort is limited to about a dozen producers.
A ten-week, small-group experience built around the Prospect & Flourish curriculum. Participants complete one unit per week on their own, meet once a week in session, and take one next step of their own choosing into real prospecting between sessions. Its purpose is to help each producer build a prospecting structure of his own and begin living by it.
No. It is not conventional sales training, and it is not another temporary dose of motivation. Prospect & Flourish focuses specifically on prospecting (not sales), and on building the structure that makes consistent execution possible.
No. Participants work through the course during the cohort, one unit per week, in order.
Three things. You complete that week’s unit, its lessons and its quiz, before the session. You come to the session. And you take one next step, which you choose yourself, into real prospecting with real people before the next session.
Onboarding costs nothing. A fee is requested only after you have been accepted and choose to take your place.
No. No one will promise you numbers. What the cohort pays attention to is the structure you build and keep, not closed business. The cohort makes action more likely and more sustainable, but no one can execute for you, and the results are yours.
You are introduced to the Prospect & Flourish community, where others share the same foundation. There is no clock, and you stay for as long as you choose.
No. The cohort is for producers in any trust-based, relationship-driven profession, insurance and financial services among them. You identify the principles and strategies that fit your own profession and strengths.
