Privacy Policy
Effective July 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SYP Media, LLC collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us on prospectandflourish.com.
Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how SYP Media, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and safeguards the information you provide when you visit or use prospectandflourish.com (the "Site") and the Prospect & Flourish program. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What personal information do we collect?
You may browse the Site without giving us any personal information. When you register, enroll, subscribe, or complete a form, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number, along with any details you choose to share about your inquiry or purchase — such as your primary business focus, industry, work context, and any questions or remarks. If you enroll in the program, we also collect enrollment and account information.
When do we collect information?
We collect information from you when you complete a form on the Site, register for or enroll in the program, subscribe to a newsletter or updates, request information, opt in to receive text messages, make a purchase, or otherwise contact us.
How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect to:
- respond to your inquiries and provide customer service and support;
- deliver the program, process enrollments and payments, and manage your account;
- send transactional messages such as account, enrollment, appointment, and service notifications;
- send newsletters, updates, and marketing communications that you have opted in to receive;
- personalize your experience and improve the Site, our content, and our offerings;
- administer the Site, analyze usage and trends, and maintain security.
SMS / text messaging
Where you provide your mobile phone number and expressly opt in through a form on the Site, we may send you text (SMS) messages. We offer two separate consent options: (1) transactional messages related to your account, enrollment, appointments, or services you have requested; and (2) marketing and promotional messages. You may consent to either, both, or neither, and consenting to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for assistance.
No mobile information — including your phone number and SMS consent — will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in and consent data are not shared with any third parties for those purposes. Messages are delivered on our behalf through our messaging platform provider (HighLevel / LeadConnector).
How do we protect your information?
Your information is kept behind secured networks and is accessible only by a limited number of people who have special access rights and are required to keep it confidential. We use industry-standard safeguards, including SSL/TLS encryption for information transmitted through the Site. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not collect or store your full payment-card details on our own servers.
Do we use cookies?
Yes. Cookies are small files placed on your device that help us remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and improve your experience. You can choose to disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the Site may not function properly if you do.
Third-party disclosure
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes — period. We share information only with the trusted service providers who help us operate the Site and serve you — such as our website and CRM platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), our analytics provider (Google Analytics), and our payment processor (Stripe) — and only to the extent they need it to perform their work on our behalf, subject to their obligation to keep it confidential. We may also release information when appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our policies, or protect the rights, property, or safety of others. As stated above, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold or shared for third-party marketing.
Third-party links
From time to time we may include or offer third-party products, services, or links on the Site. These third-party sites have their own separate and independent privacy policies, and we have no responsibility or liability for their content or activities.
Google and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the Site. Google and other third-party vendors may use first-party and third-party cookies to compile aggregate, non-identifying data about site usage. You can control these features through your browser settings, Google's Ad Settings, and the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Opting out
You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message, opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and adjust cookie and advertising preferences through your browser and Google's settings. To update or delete your information, or to opt out of communications, contact us using the details below.
California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
According to CalOPPA, we agree to the following:
- Users may visit the Site anonymously.
- A link to this Privacy Policy is included on our home page and, at a minimum, on the first significant page after entering the Site, and it contains the word "Privacy."
- Users will be notified of any Privacy Policy changes on this page.
- Users are able to change their personal information by contacting us.
Do Not Track signals
We honor Do Not Track signals and do not plant cookies or use targeted advertising when a Do Not Track browser mechanism is in place.
Third-party behavioral tracking
We do not permit third-party behavioral tracking beyond the analytics and advertising services described in this policy.
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
The Site and the program are intended for professionals and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Fair Information Practices
Should a data breach occur, we will notify affected users by email and/or in-site notice within a reasonable time. We also agree to the individual-redress principle, which requires that individuals have the right to pursue legally enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law.
CAN-SPAM Act
We collect your email address in order to correspond with you, respond to your inquiries and requests, and — where you have opted in — send information and updates relating to the program. In accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act, we agree to:
- not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses;
- identify marketing messages as advertisements in a reasonable way;
- include our physical mailing address in messages;
- honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly.
If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you can use the link at the bottom of each email or contact us using the details below, and we will promptly remove you from marketing correspondence.
